0 Quote Of The Day: To Be A Boss

Quote: "By working faithfully eight hours a day you may eventually get to be boss and work twelve hours a day."

Origin: Robert Frost (American Poet)

Insight: Don't get it twisted, the grind never really stops. Anytime you seek to take something to the next level, whether it be in your career, daily life or if you are just seeking to push your talents to that next level, understand that the workload only gets more intense. It is very rare that one can advance in his or her career or daily life and expect a lighter workload. For example, if you a college athlete trying to go pro, you must understand that if you do go pro, much more will be expected of you: the workouts and practices will be 10 times as gruesome as they were in college and mistakes will be met with greater scrutiny. Even in the world of music, if you want to be the best rapper alive, you must realize that if you obtain that status, you will be doing more shows, more interviews, more guest features and you will be expected to sell more albums. So while you are practicing for whatever it it that you are trying to do, remember that "as the shine increases, the grind increases".
