0 Eminem & Royce Da 5′9″ To Release Joint EP In June

2011 has officially become the year of the colloborative album as June 14th, Eminem & Royce Da 5'9 will join the likes of Kanye/Jay-Z, Drake/Lil Wayne and a slew of other emcees who will be releasing joint albums this year. The EP entitled "Bad Meets Evil" will feature production from the likes of DJ Khalil, Mr. Porter, Bangladesh and Havoc. Peep what the duo had to say about the project below:

Eminem: “Royce and I started hanging out again and inevitably that led us back into the studio. At first we were just seeing where it went without any real goal in mind, but the songs started to come together crazy, so here we are.”

Royce da 5'9: “I’m excited to see this project come to fruition considering the long lapse in time between when we worked before and now. We had a blast doing it and we just hope everyone enjoys it while we’re working on the ‘Monster’ that will be the Slaughterhouse album".

0 Kanye Debuts New "Air Yeezy 2" @ Coachella

Kanye West shocked audience members at this years Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival when he came out rocking "The Air Yeezy 2" , the sequel to his uber-successful sneaker collaboration with Nike that had fans sleeping outside for days in 2009 in hopes of grasping a pair. Arguably, no other sneaker outside of the Jordan Brand has been able to amass such a strong following. I personally need to see some more colorways before I'm impressed.

Yep, you read the title correctly. Ice Cube is currently in the pre-production stages of his new film, "Chrome and Paint" which according to Deadline, will “[use] the subculture of tricked out Mercedes, BMW and Low Rider cars to frame a drama about the temptation to place materialism above all else.” Originally, the film was supposed to be a gritty R rated depiction of the LA car culture in the same vain as "Boyz in The Hood", but since it has been picked up by Disney, revisions to the script are currently being made to make it PG-13.
