The result, if not a transcript, will appear when Forbes magazine names the world's 400 richest people, a list that will include at least one of the three — the Omaha investor, 80; the magazine publisher, 63; and the rapper, 40.
In general, it's likely that Forbes and Jay-Z, the stage name of Shawn Corey Carter, talked about some of Buffett's favorite topics: money and philanthropy.
While Forbes and Jay-Z may seem an unlikely pair, Jay-Z's wealth is estimated at $150 million by some sources. That's short of the $900 million or so needed to make the Forbes list but certainly enough to make some high-caliber financial advice worthwhile.

October issue, hitting newstands nationwide on September 28.
The Louis Vuitton Don penned the cover story on himself—his first
article ever—and also served as the creative director of his own 40-page section
in the special collector’s issue.
In his candid cover story, Ye speaks on the reaction he received from the infamous 2009 MTV Video Music Awards debacle. “I stress that the incident wasn’t about Taylor personally,” he explains in the story. “And it definitely wasn’t about race. Where I messed up is, at the end of the day, it’s your show, Taylor. It’s your show, MTV.”
“The relationship with the public and with your fans is like the relationship with your girlfriend,” he adds. “How could I not, at a certain point, be like, ‘I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have been at the awards show. I’m sorry.’ Not that I don’t deserve to get beat up or change who I am inside, to make sure that that doesn’t happen again.”
Mr. West said that, following his VMA outburst, he immediately dedicated himself to the studio. “I knew I wasn’t in a great spot publicly after the incident, but I would just block it out and work as hard as possible and let my work be my saving grace,” he shared. “In a way, I had thrown a Molotov cocktail at my own career, and it gave me an opportunity, for the first time, to go away and find out who I was. Because I
felt very alone.”

As we first reported, cops pulled over T.I.'s ultra-expensive Maybach on Sunset Blvd around 10:18 PM for a traffic violation and then smelled marijuana. During a subsequent search of the vehicle, cops say they found a controlled substance -- we're told it was not cocaine. The class of the controlled substance that was found includes methamphetamine's and ecstasy.
Both were booked on felony possession of a controlled substance
They were released on $10,000 bail.
As we previously reported, T.I. was released from federal prison back in December -- where he served 7 months behind bars for illegally possessing machine guns and silencers.
Law enforcement confirms ... T.I. is still on probation from the gun conviction, which means last night's arrest could qualify as a violation of his probation ... and he could be sent back to prison

While his mentor, Kanye West, has recently been busy in the studio (and relishing all things Web 2.0), Big Sean is just enjoying the moment. The Detroit MC released the third installment of his Finally Famous mixtape series, titled Finally Famous Vol. 3: Big, on Tuesday afternoon (August 31).
Hosted by DJ Don Cannon and featuring production by Cannon, No I.D., West, Key Wane and the Olympicks among others, the tape already has the Twit-o-sphere buzzing. It's also packed with guest verses from the likes of 'Ye, Bun B, Asher Roth and Chiddy Bang on the Hockey-sampling "Too Fake."
Sean's mixtape continues his "finally famous" theme, which he earlier explained doesn't mean that he's finally become a bold-face name, but rather that he's celebrating the grind on the way to gaining recognition.
"The twists and turns I had to go through, unbelievable, man," Sean told MTV News. "I've seen and go[ne] from doing shows in Detroit and getting booed, to people just looking, to a couple people knowing the words, to doing sold-out shows with thousands and thousands of people just knowing it. And it [comes from] years of grinding, man."
