Lil Wayne has a lot to smile about this week. According to
Billboard, the Young Money CEO's "Carter IV" moved a cool 964,000 units it's first week. However, there are some sources reporting Weezy actually sold over a million copies. Either way, selling anywhere NEAR a million copies the first week in this day age is a feat worthy of a congratulation!
