Kanye announced on Twitter that he is set to debut his new track, "Perfect B***h," very soon, which its a tribute song to Kim Kardashian & the track will be on "Cruel Summer" which will drop September 4th. On the side note, I bet the track sounds similar to Big Brother off the "Graduation" album.
