Very sad news from the hip hop world that rapper Heavy D passed away earlier this morning at the age of 44 due to pneumonia. He was conscious & speaking before he was transported at the nearby Los Angeles hospital but later in the short time period at the hospital he was pronounced dead. Such a big loss in the hip hop community.
