Juelz Santana Says "I Can't Feel My Face" w/ Lil Wayne Will Finally Be Released (Video)

In a brief interview with Vibe Magazine, Juelz Santana confirmed that he and Lil Wayne still plan to drop their collaborative album "I Can't Feel My Face". Santana also said that label politics were to blame for the delay.
